Integration Netherlands in 3D with IFC and solar study
We have been researching the integration of the "Netherlands in 3D" project (see article TU Delft & website NL in 3D. Note: the NL in 3D website is in Dutch only) with our IFC viewer and solar study. The communication tool in BIMkeeper
During the building management process, communication can be completely managed within BIMkeeper. The communication tool enables users to communicate directly about various topics, such as repair requests, work orders, or quotation requests. As a result, manually sending e-mails is no longer necessary.
Multiple participants can be added to each conversation, so that all parties are immediately kept up-to-date with the latest information regarding a particular subject.
IRP introduces real-time 2D and 3D navigation
IRP launches combined 2D and 3D navigation. This duo navigation provides a much clearer view of the current location in the model, including information on the floor.

From 3D to 2D and back & other visualisation improvements
IRP made important improvements in BIMkeeper for the visualisation capabilities of our viewer, like the visualization of a building from above (2D), orthographic projection, and element outlines.
Measure tool improved
We have made big improvements in the viewer's measure tool. You can now more easily and precisely make angles of 90° degrees. Additionally, with the expanded snapping feature, it is possible to precisely connect the measure tool to the edges of objects (e.g. walls).
Sensors: new functionality to customize colour maps
We developed a new module with a powerful editor, where you can manage the colour map/gradient for sensor readings. It is now also possible to specify a different colour map for different rooms.
New selection mode (outline)
A new selection visualization type has been added to the viewer. This displays an outline of the object, and renders the object itself on top of what you’re viewing.
New element tree component
We’ve completely rewritten and revised the element tree in the left pane of the viewer. Improved performance, navigation, and (multi) selection features.

BIMkeeper bietet verschiedene Ansichten über Daten: 3D, 2D, kartenbasiert, Verzeichnisse oder mit Hilfe von Filtern und Abfragen auf alle verfügbaren Daten. Sie können zwischen diesen Ansichten leicht wechseln.

Mobil/Tablett
Ein großer Teil von BIMkeeper ist responsiv, insbesondere alle Funktionalitäten und Übersichten, die von Managern und (externen) Stakeholdern wie Mietern, Lieferanten usw. genutzt werden.
Mehrere Apps
BIMkeeper bietet verschiedene Apps an. Eine automatisch zugewiesene monatliche Überprüfung des Brandschutzes kann einfach nur mit einem Mobiltelefon durchgeführt werden. Am häufigsten wird natürlich unsere App für (Reparatur-)Anfragen verwendet
Räume
Es ist nicht notwendig, jedes einzelne Detail eines Gebäudes zu modellieren. Informationen können auch mit Räumen verbunden (3D) werden. Die AC-Einheit befindet sich in diesem Raum, Marke xxx, Typ yyy.
Transparenz
Zeigen Sie Echtzeit-Sensorinformationen, den Status von Verträgen oder beliebige andere (Live-)Informationen im Transparenzmodus an. Sie können zwischen Transparenz und Undurchsichtigkeit umschalten.
Externe Quellen
Wir verfügen über viele APIs zur Verbindung mit externen Quellen. Der gesamte Quellcode wird von IRP entwickelt, so dass wir uns leicht an den Informationsaustausch anpassen können.
